Sport and Recreation Victoria supports the National Policy on Match-Fixing in Sport and the work of the Sport Integrity Intelligence Unit within Victoria Police and the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.
Australia's Sports Ministers endorsed the National Policy on Match-Fixing in Sport in 2011. It aims to protect the integrity of Australian sport.
The policy is underpinned by a nationally consistent legislative approach, strong links between governments, major sports, betting operators and law enforcers, and international collaboration.
